Armani/Dolci

A sweet Armani/Dolci pendant with leather string that goes around the box...

During my birthday last month, I also happened to receive a wonderful collection of chocolates. One of them is a small nifty packed chocolates from Armani/Dolci, Giorgio Armani's line of delectable chocolates. They even have a chocolate boutique on the 3rd Floor of Giorgio Armani store on Fifth Avenue in New York.

It seemed that fashion and perfumes aren't enough and they now have Armani branded chocolates. I do have high expectations for the chocolates to be branded under such a famous label. First, the packaging seemed right because of it's quality of materials used and it's touch of class.

9 pcs of delectable bite size chocolates...

It's a very thick box and when you open it up, you'll discover 9 different square cubes of pretty looking chocolates in bite sizes. It's around the size of a 10 cents coin. I like the simplicity of its chocolate decorations and one can't miss the A icon in the middle of the box. I've tried one yesterday and someone has eaten another one without my knowledge! Hmmph...

My friends knew me too well. They knew I love trying other people's chocolate so that I will know which chocolate labels I love best! It's like going on a chocolate discovery journey. Imagine my reaction when they buy me a box of Cadbury's.... hmm... it'll be quite disastrous.

I find it to be quite a treat. It's not sweet, there's enough cocoa taste (compared to the vanilla taste that overwhelms the chocolate for most of the brands out there) and the filling is smooth. I would say that this is a nice box of indulgence.

When asked where I could get this chocolates, I was told that it was sold in Starhill Gallery in the Armani Casa Store. I believe it will burn a hole in my pockets too!

"It's like going on a chocolate discovery journey"... this phrase kinda remind me of Forrest Gump when he said "life is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you're gonna get!"
Of course.. not those generic brand like Cadbury :P
I'd do anything to lay my hands on those chocolates! Don't care even though it has put extra inches on my waist!

Anon: Ooh... I'm a natural at that! No one should be taught on how to enjoy life. Live it the way you want it to be.

Thule a.k.a leo: Oh that's right. You'll never know what you'll get in a box of chocolates. Sometimes you get the good ones, sometimes some worms but it's all good for the journey of discovery. Well, you can get it in Starhill... :)

Taufulou: The post ended already so I add in the commercial break la! Oh High Five!! Haha...

Zewt: Oh yes.. and with taste! It's the thought that matters but no Cadbury's please.

Sean: I could too but it's too dear to finish it all in one sitting. One per day!
